BCM50 Clid Problem

Hi guys,

I have a problem with a BCM50 Rls 3 where the raw data from the PRI on BCM monitor shows the CLID of the incoming call to be correct however on LINE monitor on BCM monitor the CLID is incorrect. The bcm is adding a 0 to the front of the number.

ie if the number calling was 02890xxxxxx the bcm would be reporting this as 002890xxxxxx and this number also appears on the phone as well.

The bcm 50 has been patched up to the latest SU. What could be causing this problem?

are you using 0 to dial out from your route?

Sorry forgot to say that this is only happening on incoming calls. Outgoing calls are fine.
