BCM50 CLID issues

I've inherited a site that's having problems getting CLID to work with target lines on a BCM50 R1. The system is running on a UK PRI with 12 channels enabled. There is a 20 number DDI (target) line group associated with the PRI. There is a CallPilot CCR on the system although I doubt if this will have any effect.

The target lines are all set to 'ring only' with the 'Caller ID Set' box ticked for the target extension. The Public Received number length has been set to 6.

The extension has the target line assigned (ring only) with the 'Caller ID Set' box ticked also. On incoming calls, the target line name is displayed but not the incoming callers number. Suggestions???

Could be a protocol issue from the CO. What does the BCM monitor say?

Go to Active Sets.
Click the Capabilities tab.
Make sure you have "Number" selected in the First Display column.
