BCM50 Chirp When Auto-Attendant Is Activated

Hi can someone please help this issue is driving us mad!

We have Auto-Attendant switched on on our BCM50 which works well as we epext too except when the caller first connects it make a ringing chirp really fast then activated the Auto-Attendant (it calls the full Hunt Group) we don't want it to 'chirp', how can we stop this?
 
sounds like the lines are set to RING on the telephones. If the autoattendant answers right away, the only way to stop is to have lines appear only if you want to keep some 'key' system functionality.
 
Change every phone that has lines assigned to them and make sure they are set to be appear only instead of appear n ring. That is 100% the reason why you are getting that chirp sound.
