BCM50 CDR output

Have a customer asking about call tracking in the BCM50, installed several, but never "played" with CDR. I know there are download programs straight from the EM. Customer really just wants number of calls pre CO line into system. Anybody worked this issue before?

The CDR client uses samples and streams everything that comes into the system.

It is designed to be used with 3rd party software like RSI that can scale the info download.

Consider using Call Center and Reporting for Call Center that reports on call activity coming into the agents.
