BCM50 CCR Tree 1

I setup a ccr tree with six options. Option 6 is a menu for directions. I would like to setup the options under this menu. At the sametime if a customer call for direction, I would like to be able to transfer them to these same directions.

Can someone tell me how?

You can't transfer to a specific portion of a CCR tree, but you can transfer directly to a tree. To transfer to CCR 1, you would press Feature 986, then #1.

You could make another CCR tree that has only the directions in it, such as CCR tree 8. You could then do Feature 986 #8 to transfer to that tree.

Nope. Lets say that you have four options under option 6 in CCR tree 1, which are directions from the north, south east and west. You would leave those built in CCR tree 1 as it currently is today. You would then build those same options under CCR tree 8, with the same greetings. When someone calls in and wants directions, you transfer them to CCR tree 8 instead of CCR tree 1

I found text information for one button access to ccr trees. the text sates for me to access Auto Attendant properties page, set the feature code range and number of feature codes assigned to the different ccr trees. then if ask me to refer to setting the auto attendant properties. The ccr tree is all setup and working. I setup a button with f917 on a phone. I receive inactive feature.

What you can do is setup an Information Mailbox and record your directions there and then you can transfer to this mailbox. We have this in a couple sites.

What DigitelD suggested is a good idea. That way you can refer to the information mailbox from the 2 different CCR menus without having to have the recording in two places.

we setup a second CCR tree. Save the records from CCR tree 1 on my laptop. We setup four paths with directions. I added a fifth path with no recording and a destination set to home. I added F925 on a memory key. at the same time I added feature 925 under AA property.
