greetings.

is there any way to modify the timeout for calls that hang up on the callpilot auto attendant? we have a very limited amount of lines, and when i call the system and hang up my call typically continues to tie the line up for about 2 minutes or so. can that be shortened?

secondly

i have recorded some nice quality greetings for the CCR tree and company greeting, but, when i upload them to the BCM they are automatically converted to 8000Hz, which leads to the quality to occasionally sound as if it is clipping. is there any way around that? like, can i do anything at all to increase the quality (eg turn it to 16 bit or lower than 48000Hz or trim the filesize before uploading it to avoid the BCM modifying it once it gets there?)

make sure the trunk lines are Loop Start and not Ground Start Trunks.
Also ensure that supervison disconnect or,COD (cutoff on disconnect ) is enabled on those trunks

In the early days of BCM, it was a requirement to create WAV files with the following properties for importation to the BCM.

1) PCM
2) 8,000 Hz
3) 16 bit , Mono

AFAIK ... it still stands.
