BCM50 cant configure T7208

Hi all,

Our BCM 50 (using element manager) can program the buttons of all our phones except the (5 off) T7208. The functions are greyed out and don't offer pull downs when 'modify' is clicked.

No locks are in place and the system has been rebooted.
