I have a BCM50 installed at one of our outlying facilities. I also have 3 individuals that work part time at this location who's main line are from an Option 61(Succession 4.5) using i2004 sets at this site.
I can call from the BCM50 to any phone on our network (2- Option 61's, 5 - Option 11's and 2- BCM50's) and vice versa. When I try to call one of the i2004's at the site where the BCM50 is, I get ringing, call information, but no talk path. It is the same scenario calling from the i2004 to the local BCM50. I have tried with TRO & TAT both enabled and disabled, but neither makes a difference. What am I missing???

There is an IP routing issue between the i2004 and the other systems. Either that or there is a firewall in the path that doesn't appreciate the voice packets

Signalling occurs between set and 50. Talk path is set to other system/set.

The problem was the i2004 phones came off a pbx in a 10.4.X.X range. The BCM50 was at a site with an ip of 10.5.X.X. We had the i2004 sets to use partial DHCP, so the set got a 10.5.X.X ip assigned. When people within the BCM would call the i2004 set, the call would set up, but the router saw them as in the same location and would drop the virtual trunk that was needed for the set to talk back to the CS1000 switch. We put static ips on the phones and programmed out routers for these ips and all works now.
