BCM50 - Calls forwarding to general delivery mailbox instead of subscriber mailbox

Please help!

On a Nortel BCM50 system I need calls going to a certain extension to go to it's subscriber mailbox. I have added the mailbox, initialised it and recorded a greeting.

However, no matter what I seem to try, calls to that extension get forwarded to the general delivery mailbox instead.

Please can somebody tell me how to make calls to this extension go to it's own subscriber mailbox when there is no answer?

Do you mean internal calls or calls from the outside on a DID or pots line?
 
External calls, ringing directly to one phone in the office.

Sorry I don't know if it is DID or pots.
 
Check the mailbox programming make sure the extension of the phone is programmed in the extension field
