Here's a good one.
System is brand new.
Sets can call each other they can page etc...
When they go off hook with prime line intercom they get no dial tone.
When they press feature 981 they get "no resources available".
32 voicemail seat license is installed.
Sets are on DSM32+

On a BCM400 or 200 that would indicate the need to increase your VM ports from the 6 (default) to 8 or more.
I've installed a 90 phone system, with call center pro, and using AA to field all calls the main line, and averaging 2500 calls a day. I ended up having to increase the VM ports from 6 to 12 in order to have CP handle peak traffic.

I'm not as familiar with the BCM50, but I think you should look into that. The customer might need to move up to BCM200 if it's TOO busy.

Have you installed the DSP patch that came out a while ago?

This thing is hosed.
There is no return dial tone when you prime line intercom.
Voicemail resources are unavailable even when the analog trunks are not coming up.
It will go back to repair and new keycodes will need to be generated.
Crappy quality control when something this bad slips out of the factory.
I was just wondering if anyone else had seen this issue.
