BCM50 callpilot lockup

I had 2 different BCM50s V2.0 have their voicemail lockup and require a reboot in the last couple of weeks. The only way to fix it is to reboot. Has anyone seen this and if so what was the ultimate resolution.

I've checked on nortel.com and there's no known issue or patch that describes/fixes the problem.

Do you have all the patches? The reason I ask is I have seen where you cannot find a description of the problem that you are having but the patch still solves your problem.

It's a non-patched system. I checked all the existing patches for V2.0 and nothing seemed relevant even in the remotest sense.
 
The problem is if you call Nortel that is the first thing they will ask you. There is a reason for that. Their readme files do not always list every problem it fixes.

I had this problem with a non-patched system where once or twice a week you would have to reset it. I installed all the current patches and its been 3 weeks without a call.
