Folks I am having an issue with Callpilot that manifests itself when I get to around 10 users (outlook2003/exchange) and Callpilot. I have 32 VM/UM Licenses. Once I get to around 10 I start to see issues starting outlook and I get a message that the server cannot be found. I can ping the BCM50 no problem when I see the issue but when I try to connect to the BCM50 (telnet) on the imap port I get an error. Does anyone have a BCM50 implementation with >10 VM/UM users? and if so have you seen any issues with having everyone logged into outlook at the same time

I've got one out there with around 25 users, running UM and Fax on a BCM 50. Haven't heard of any problems like that.

biv343, can I ask if you are using multiple vlans to keep voice and data apart? If so what do you use to route between the 2 vlans. I have tried using a windows server with multiple NICS and also a netgear layer 3 switch but I still have the same problem.

Nope, just one VLAN. All digital sets, so no need for multiple VLANS.

I know I made the post but I have found the problem. It was nothing to do with the BCM50. In fact it was the realtek ethernet controllers in some of the desktops. Upgraded to latest driver version and fixed the speed and duplex to 100Mbs Full and now all is well.
