BCM50/callpilot foward to vm not working

Never seen this before, have a BCM50/callpilot release unknown.
you can leave a message in a mailbox vie F981, but fowarded calls via FNA timer dont reach mailbox. Display flashes 224>264 then Norstar Nora says "exiting the system goodbye"
any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Sounds like corruption, may have to re-image the HDD.

Found it the companies IT guy was in the system "looking around"
in system properties "enable voice mail" wasn't turned on.
Thanks for the suggestion though.

Try a reboot if you haven't already. I'd also suggest resetting the voicemail and reprogramming. It could be that only the voicemail settings are corrupted.
