BCM50 CallPilot CCR tree with home menu and play greeting before trans

Hi all

we have configure BCM50 call pilot with ccr tree solution by using Home Menu with somes home transfers (press 1 to ring phone 221, press 2 to ring 222 ...etc) Now the customer ask me if it is possible to play greeting to the customer when they have pressed keys (1, 2 ..)..for example [You will reach sales departement please wait] then the call be transferred to the sales pearson's extensions.

Is there any solution to implemant this ?
