We have a VoIP for 5 Digit Dialing to and from our 2 BCM50 Locations to Nortel 11cs & 61cs. We are mostly Succession 3.0 with ITG Trunk Cards. I believe a setting was changed on the Nortel 11cs & 61cs that isn't allowing the Caller IP over our VoIP trunks. Should I be looking on the ITG Cards or the RDR Block or where would be a good place to start?

Thank you....Bryan.

Are you getting it between the BCM's. You could need MCDN keycodes.

Yes sir...Caller ID works fine between the BCM50s and from the PSTN. We are receiving the extension only on Inter-Office Dialing from Nortel 11cs & 61cs to the BCM50s. Thank you...Bryan.

I would go to the PBX forum and ask this question since the problem is pointing at the PBX..

I believe you need the MCDN keycode on the BCMs in order to display CPND name from a CS1000. Are you just seeing H+Extension (i.e H4000) on the BCM when you get a call from the CS1K? If so, then you'll need the MCDN keycodes. They are available as a 60 day try and buy via KRS. Your vendor should be able to generate trial keycodes for you. You can then test it out before deciding whether or not to buy the permanent licenses.

Akso, make sure you have it turned on in the rcap of the Meridian's d-channel.

CLID between networked Bcm's is transfered thru the MCDN protocol, i would think it's the same if connected to Option 11's.
