We have VoIP Dialing to and from our 2 BCM50 Loacations to and from out NOrtel 11cs & 61cs. We are mostely Succession 3.0 with ITG Trunk Cards. I believe a setting was changed on our Nortel 11cs & 61cs that isn't allowing the Caller ID over our VoIP Trunks to the BCM50 Locations. It could be in the RDR Block or another portion of the Customer Data Block, or the trunks\routes in the PBX. The ITG Cards have not been changed themselves. A clean-up was done on system programming for the Nortel 11cs & 61cs...so most likely it is there. We are receiving Caller ID between the BCM50s and from the PSTN. We are receiving only the extension with calls from the Nortel 11cs & 61cs to the BCM50s. Just looking for any ideas?

Thank you,

Bryan
