BCM50 Caller ID Call Logging TROUBLE

Hi Guys,

I need to setup caller ID call logging an a phone for my supervisor. I've tried to do it but I keep getting all the calls from all the lines programmed on his phone - even though they don't ring on his set.

All I want to do is log ALL the calls that come in on his private line, which is the only line that rings on his phone, all the other lines are set to "show" only.

Is there a way to accomplish this? I've tried many things. Can someone please help me with step-by-step instructions? I must be missing something here...???

Tried that.

I setup a call log space, change the phone to log not answered by me, but I still get call log entries from other lines, even though they don't ring, but are appear only.

It's intriguing, you'd think it'd only log the ringing lines on his phone.

Another weird thing is that the call logs available is not 999... how do I reset all the call logs so they're not being used? I think it was at 999 when I first started this thread, but now the count is down to about 500...

You have the lines assigned to appear is probably why.

Suggest to go true business and remove lines from sets and use Park and Page.
