I had a BCM50 version 3 fail, and we replaced it with a version 5, so I couldn't use the database backup that I had. I reprogramed everything except the Call Recording. I can't find the programming notes on the DVD that comes with version 5. I do know that it was backed up to a server, and I have the IP address. Does anyone know how to program Call Recording on a BCM50?

Call Recording where the set user presses (I think) Feature 988 or 998 and the audio of the call is recorded.

I think you may be using Record a Call, feature 989.
This feature allows you to record calls that are saved into your voicemail box.
Any user that requires this feature will need to be assigned a mailbox Class of Service that allows Record a Call.
I don't think any of the Class of Services have this allowed by default. You may have to edit the CoS currently assigned to the mailboxes.

If you have unified messaging the Voice mails will be put into the Call Pilot folder in Outlook. Then you can convert them to wav files and send them to a server.
