BCM50 call forwarding confusion

We are seeing an odd issue with trying to set different call forward settings.

1) With a 1220 phone, we can enable "FWD ALL" to an extension on a CS1000 (SIP trunk).
2) With a 2002 phone, we can not enable "FWD ALL" to the same extension, as it says invalid extension. (You can call the extension directly from the phone)

3) With either phone model, if we set the "Fwd No Ans" to the same extension, we get a line not in service recording.

Can anyone help explain why the phone model difference is one issue, and how we can get the Fwd No ans working.

Check the allow redirect on the set in capibilities. Even though it is to the CS1000 it is an external transfer.
 
The "Allow Redirect" seems to have fixed the "FWD ALL" issue we were seeing with the 2002 phones. Thx.

The BCM50 was setup standalone than SIP trunked to a CS1000. It was not converted to an SRG.

We still can't get the "FWD No Answer" setting to work though. We are just trying to forward to an extension on the CS1000 for testing, but eventually this extension needs to be the callpilot off the CS1000.
 
Check your routing to that extension.If you can dial it from the phone it should forward no answer. Can you try forwarding the phone .F 4.
 
We still have not figured this issue out yet, but noticed something new.

When the Call Fwd No Answer is set (BCM50->SIP->CS1000) to an extension on the CS1000, the call actually drops from the BCM50 as if it's expecting the Telco to handle the call forward. We get a Telco recording after the call fwd attempt.

Is there a setting on the BCM50 that is causing this behavior?
