BCM50 Busines Names

I have a BCM50 6.0 that I am trying to get the separate Business Names feature to work over the PRI. I entered the Business Name For example ABC Company for Business Name number 5, I set the SET to show Business Name number 5 but it still shows the main business name when I place a call out. Am I doing something wrong?

Do you have the Send Name Display box checked under Resources>Telephony Resources>DTM-PRI

If so, check with your PRI provider to make sure they allow you to overide their default.

I can not find that option it does not show. I have SW version 3.0

This is a T-1 not a PRI installed.
