BCM50 Basic Voicemail

Hello everyone,
Im a new user and helping some one set up a refurbished BCM50. I have everything going smoothly other than voicemail. I know all the codes and what not to get in and make voicemails but I cant get it to pick up. All I was is one singular voicemail to pick up at the receptions desk. They do not want a call pilot or for every phone to have voicemail, just one singular voicemail for all the calls after 5 or so rings. Any help would be awesome!

Callpilot it the whole voicemail system

For 1 simple mailbox (in Callpilot):

Do Feature 985 at a set to get voicemails DN, usually DN 334 by default.

Then under Terminals&Sets/Capabilities, go to the receptions DN and Forward No Answer to 334 and select the ring count.

The General Delivery mailbox by default is 100, in Callpilot change mailbox 100, change the "Ext:___" to be the DN of reception so that it gets notification.
