BCM50 Backup error

I have a BCM50 s/w version 6.0.2.05.237 and cannot backup the system. When attempting a backup I receive a "CArchive error" and the associated alarm is logged as "12007 Major Backup & Restore-Internal General Error". Does anybody know how to correct this.

Reboot system.
Then try again

Rebooted several times but same result.

Have you tried backing up via a USB stick?. It should be formatted as FAT32. Also, has it been patched up to the latest issue?.

Also be sure you are using the latest release of Element Manager.

Also try to backup the bcm to itself to see if that works.

It's only dialtone-VZ
