bcm50 backup error

I have a bcm50 rls.3 and when I do a backup I get a 12021 error that tells me internal error: could not shadow data.
does anyone know the problem/fix for this?

Reboot your bcm and see if it clears the problem.
Are you backing up to a network folder?

Last time i got a backup error i just rebooted the bcm ,
the backup worked after that
