BCM50 Auto attendent divert issue 1

Hi, I've got a R1 BCM50 with 8 channels of PRI. During the day, I've got the auto attendent answering the calls and depending which option the caller selects it diverts to a series of hunt groups. The first hunt group diverts to another hunt group (with a few additional members) until the last group which diverts to a single extension with voicemail enabled. The hunt groups are all set to broadcast mode.

IC call >> Auto Attendent #2 >> HG400(E240) >> HG401(E240,241,242) >> HG402(E240,241,242,243,244) >> E240 (VM)

If I call the first hunt group internally, all works as it should. If however, I call via PRI and selected my auto attendent option, after I've gone to the first hunt group I get the auto attendent message again and then the system mailbox. Confused.... you bet I am! Any ideas anyone?
