BCM50 auto attendant

I have a very simple set up for an AA that's driving me nuts. It's a BCM50 3.0 and all I want is a greeting to play giving extension dial option and directory option (#) and then time out to General MB if no button pressed.
When I set up greeting with flow down toi CCR to Xfer to Gen MB it doesn't allow me comapany directory option. What am I doing wrong?

Use greeting table with a company greeting,You have reached us, to use the Co directory press # ,then leave the ATT blank.
So when dial zero or do nothing it should hit the GD MB.

When ATT left blank, it plays greeting and when you do nothing it goes to Nortel lady asking to input Extension etc. When I put CCR in call flow to go to Gen MB and press #, it doesn't play the Comapany Directory greeting and just beeps to leave message. I'm puzzled.
I've also unchecked Attendant available in the operator settings with no success.

If you have the Co greeting recorded and the Att blank,Make sure the custom at the bottom is check on of off so it wont play.
You don't need the CCR.

Looks like you dont have an operator, if you don't mind loosing "option 0" for any mailbox uncheck "Attendant available" in Operator Settings, it will say "one moment please" then transfer to the General Delivery mailbox.
That option is system wide..
