Currently: The Auto Attendant is activated to answer the line after 6 rings if the original call is not answered. If you press 0 for the operator or let the CCR tree time-out, the AA then tries to send the call to the named attendant and after another 6 rings is not available it goes to the general delivery mailbox.
My question is: Is there a way to send the caller back to the auto attendant and repeat this process until someone picks up, or chooses a CCR tree option? We don’t want callers hitting voicemail unless they explicitly choose to do so!
