Hello,
I need some help getting remote phones talking to each other.
Some background.... we have a BCM50 v3 in the main office. The main office is connected to two branch offices via static vpns with SonicWALL hardware. In the branch offices I have several 2050 soft phones and new 1230 ip desk phones. The users in both branch offices phone's register back on the system in the main office.
Users in the remote offices can 3-digit dial and talk to users back at the main office no problem and the audio quality is great, but they can't call inbetween remote offices. Users can see the call come through on their phone and it will ring, but when they pickup the call no voice either way.
All offices have internal NAT and all other network traffic is working great. The BCM can make the connection, but something is blocking the voice part of the call. Our firewalls aren't blocking traffic on the static VPNs, so I'm at a loss...
Thanks for the help.
