BCM50 and PDQ not working

Has anyone come across a problem with a BCM50 Rls3 that will not work with the latest PDQ machines from barclaycard?

I have tried to get this to work on a system analogue extension and on a seperate ATA but it does not want to work.

Is the extn trying to dial 9 then the respective number?
If so, I would get the PDQ people to program 9 into the machine. That has been a workaround for me previously.

Hi, yes i have tried it with the help of barclaycard. They instructed me on how to put the '9' in the machine.

Two things to try

Make sure your system is fully patched, there was a bug where analogue extensions would not be set the UK settings correctly, some devices would work some would not..

Try hot lining the extensions to the prime line of the extension..

If its not broke tweak it..
