BCM50 and OpenView

Hi, Does BCM50 LAN CTE work with HP OpenView Help Desk? We'd like to setup a small Call Centre on BCM50, and hope it can pop up Caller Information in our OpenView application. Thank.

If the application is TAPI compliant, you could load the LAN CTE keycodes into the BCM. You'd need a piece of middleware, such as Rapport for TAPI that would pass the info along to the application which could then do the screen pops.
