I have a client with a BCM50 and sufficient LAN/CTE licences to enable them to dial from Outlook. Their PC,s are mostly Win XP with a couple running Win 2000 Pro.
The issue they have is that only 1 person can use the facility to dial from Outlook. All the others cannot see their TAPI line.
In the BCM, you can see all PC's as Active under Lan Cte.
The client uninstalled the LanCte from one of the pc's, rebootd, then loaded the application again. After the re-install, they rebooted the pc again, and the TSP launcher did not load. When going to the folder within Nortel Networks/Shared Files, the NTSPInit.exe file is not there.
The same thing happened on both an XP machine and a Win2000 machine.
Has anyone come across this before?
I have installed quite a few BCM's and never experienced this action previously.
Regards
