Hi guys,
I have a customer in Barbados that is trying to dial internationally off of a BCM50. He can dial 7 digit local numbers but that is all.
Calling into the US, they are regular 11 digit numbers. Just like a long distance call. When he dials the number, it just sits there and sits there and sits there. I asked if it ever timed out on him and he said he didn't wait that long to see.
He's going out to site today and I thought of looking into the Dialing Plan section. But he says that this a pretty basic system. He never changed anything in the Dialing Plan. Therefore, the 1 prefix should still be at 11 which is correct.
Any ideas of where to look for trouble?
Thanks
Melissa
