I have a BCM50 with a GATM4 module. I am based in the UK.
I have the expansion keycode entered, the dip switch on the mbm is set for UK. The region on the Main unit is set for UK working. When I connect the module and enable it, it stays on 'Enabling.....'
hen it generates a 61 Critical Alarm which states that 'A trunk media ay module is programmed as wrong module type'
If you leave this, it will generate a 51 Critical Alarm stating that module has been disconnected.
This is the second GATM4 module connected to the system and the results are identical. I have toned the line all the way back to the Amphenol connector.
Without the expansion chassis connected, can ring extn to extn no problem.
Any help guys?
