BCM50 and CS1K networking

I was using UDP between the CS1K and a BCM50 now I want to recived/send 11 digit (NPA+NXX+XXX)instead of 7 digit (LOC+DN), thats why I change the BCM to Public network intead of Private network, Now I reciving this Dchannel log:

Now my question is: What I need to change in the CSK1 to work with the BCM's Public Network?
