BCM50 and Call Pilot Auto Attendant

I encounter the exact same issue than the one described in this thread:

...but i still don't find any solution.
The incoming and outgoing trunk is the same
It's an analog trunk unsupervised. After coming into the auto attendant menu, then press 2 or 3 for joining an external number, i can see in BCM monitor the system dialing out with the correct number, but the call is going back to the Call Pilot with the message "the routing configuration... not allowed..."

Any experience welcome
 

First your lines need to be set to "supervised".
Verify your lines to see if you can do "Link Transfer" on them.Take your cell,call in, answer the call then do Feature 71 and if you get a dial tone dial your office then hangup.If you can reach your office it means you have that "link Transfer" feature on your lines.Then in your CCR where you did program the "external phone number" put a "#" before it.It will do a link transfer and take no line once the call is established instead of two.Quality is much better too...
