Have a BCM50 which i have installed hook up one BST Door Phone to the system. The EM is see the DN as a door phone but when i try to program the door phone with the teleset it says inactive feature. Please help...

What release software is the BCM 50? If it's 1.0 then the BST door phone won't work.

are you sure the door phone is wired correctly?
they are pretty straight forward
i do believe you can program the doorphone through telset but it is a whole lot easier through em
