I have a BCM50, when I try to Backup the Configuration, the Element Manager Disconnect me ?

Is there any Solution to this ?

if a thumb drive is it full?

I dont understand, can you explain me more ,
I just want to backup a Configuration by go to Administration-Utility-backup
when I try to backup to my computer the Element Manager Disconnect Me .

yes I use the lastest version but with the same disconnect me when try to backup.
