BCM50 and 450 ping but needs reboot to take calls

We have a customer with a CS1000 and roughly 75 BCM50 and 450.

for the last week, they require daily reboots to work. They still ping, seem to work but just won`t take any calls.

Have you guys ever seen that?

and yes, they're running an old firmware because they're too cheap to upgrade.

I think we really need more information than what you have given. Have you looked at the Alarms on each of the BCM systems?. Is the problem network related?. Are your BCM's patched up to date?.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
 
If you're talking about them not able to take network calls, it sounds like the VoIP trunks are locking up.
A reboot would resolve that.
You could also just stop/start the FEPS service.

What recently changed? Was the CS1K patched? New network equipment? Something had to change to affect all of the BCM's.
