BCM50 & IP Phone

Hi all

I am trying to assign 9 to be able to pickup an outside line.
I created the Destination Code, and also the route, but it doesnt work.

I am able to pickup a remote line on a different BCM, but i am not able to pickup outside line local to this BCM.

The destination code and the Route are correct because i have configured another BCM 50 to do the same and it is working.

Did you put the lines in a pool?

yes they are in pool A.
Strange thing is only on that BCM doesnt work.
I tried with different number, not to be 9, nothing, same thing not getting dial tone.

I am not able to monitor the lines on the bcm because the bcm monitor does not show them. And the BCM is remote to me so i can not realy see what is going on.

Any other suggestion?
