Hello,
I am new here, but am very greatful for all of the information I have found. I recently started working for a church that has a BCM50 running release 1, and the receptionist has started getting an alarm 31045.
From looking at thread: thread1361-1115750, it looks like there is a patch to fix this, but I cannot find anywhere to download the patch.
Is it possible to do this? We do not have a vendor that we work with.
Also, does anyone know why this would have started suddenly? The only thing that has changed is I have connected the BMC50 to our network,m and we are now using CallPilot via a browser.
