BCM50 3.0 w/ICC
Can an Agent who is assigned to 23 different Skillsets logon to all of them at once?
Is there a maximum number of Skillsets an agent can be logged onto?

I believe you can have 20 agents logged in at any given time. The number of skillsets they log in to is based upon the maximum skillsets allowed.
