Hi Everyone! We have a small 7 agent help desk. When there is an outage involving a third party we get slammed with calls. We have a BCM50 with CallPilot, the call center module, etc. What is the best way to handle putting a "we're experiencing an outage, if your call is regarding anything other than the outage please press 1" type of thing. I was thinking of inserting an informational node in the tree but then I wasn't sure how they could move on since after the message they would be disconnected.
