Users of the BCM 50 are reporting voice mail messages that are being cut off. They state the first few seconds of a message is not recording. Would there be a way to change any settings to adjust for this issue? Where can this be checked on the BCM 50?

Suggest to backup the system, update to latest patches and backup again.
If still an issue then reset system and re-program from scratch. (in case of software glitch)
If still an issue replace hard drive and restore programming.
