I have a customer that recently changed ownership. With the old company they were using Message Forwarding to push voice mails to their email. With the new company they are using Microsoft Office 365. I have not been able to reconfigure the Messaging Forwarding to work with MS Office 365. Does anyone know how this should be setup? Do I need reconfigure to use My Call Pilot or should I still be able to use the basic Message Forwarding? Is it absolutely necessary to configure the SMTP and DNS servers? The company is using SMTP so that's not a problem but they are just using a public DNS server like Google. And I have run into issues on IP Office where the only way I could make Message Forwarding work is if I did not configure the SMTP server.
