BCM50 6.0 Latest Patches

I need to acquire the latest patches for a BCM50 6.0 that's currently unpatched. I'm under the impression thatBCM050.R600.SU.System-019.201312 and BCM050.R600.SU.Desktop-004.201304 are the latest.

I was provided with a core update, but my understanding is that normally all that is required is the system applied followed by the desktop.

The problems I'm having are off-prem 2004 IP sets locking up and eventually the call center app stops processing calls requiring a re-boot to correct the problem.

I don't have access to the online support resources.
