Hi,

BCM50 Release 5.0
IP Office 8.1(63)

We have a SIP trunnk between the BCM and IP Office above. The phone handsets from the BCM can call the IP Office extensions without a problem. The phone handsets from the IP Office can reach the BCM but the inbound calls reach the prime set. From the BCM Monitor I see the BCM dn dialed from the IP Office. If I add the BCM dn to a target line and assign the line to the dn it works as expected. Is there any way to tell the BCM to accept any DID on the VOIP lines and absorb the numbers in order to route the call to the dn? I don't want to create a target line for each dn on the BCM.

Thanks.
Carl

To my knowledge you are going to have to build Target lines for the DN's. Simple though using the renumbering button Target line programming. I have networked a number of IPO's with BCM's and each BCM has TL's for the DN's.

Building a target line for each dn is how it works. Whenever routing incoming calls to a specific dn you must program the targets with Recvd digits, prime set, ring only etc.
