I have two BCM50 3.0 questions...any help anyone can give me will greatly be appreciated!
1. I have a customer that only wants the main line answered by the auto-attendant after business hours. During the day they want the main line answered by a live attendant but want to be able to forward that phone to the AA where the caller can leave a message in the GD mailbox after hours.
2. If #1 is possible can the BCM out call to a pager to alert someone that there is a message in the General Deilvery mailbox?
