Very strange I have never had this problem. Cox provides CID name and number with all PRI's I have inspected all elements on BEM for CID and they are all check to show CID per set and lines but no CID is displaying on any PRI calls. They are displaying for all of the analog lines.

Any ideas?

Have you gone to the line data in Element Manager and click on the Assigned DN's tab?. In there is a tick box for "Caller ID Set". Is it ticked?.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

There is LINE ASSIGNMENT and the Caller ID is checked as SET

Have you confirmed from your line supplier that CLID for incoming calls has set-up by them?. I've known them to get it wrong.

They have a t1 with no detail for the caller ID is it possible to have caller ID sent over a T1?

Open the BCM monitor and see if the system is receiving the CLID info from your provider. If not, call them and tell them!

If it is in fact a T1 and not a PRI then there will not be any caller ID provided by the the Telco. The question here is did you have caller ID on these calls before and now you dont or did somebody just now notice that you dont get any caller ID on calls on these trunks?

This is a T1. They've never had caller ID in the past but want it now
