BCM50 3.0 - Physical memory near or on its capacity

Noticed several alarms on our BCM50 running 3.0.
These go back the last few days (as far as the log shows me) and happen several times a day.

For each alarm that read: Physical mmeory near or on its capacity. 5 seconds later I would see another corresponding alarm message: Physical memory recovered.

What's using up the BCM's memory?
Should I be alarmed (no pun intended) or are these just information. Any action required?

We haven't rebooted the BCM50 in 2-3 months, so a full restart may be in order. Is there a recommend restart interval that Nortel recommends (for good measure).

VOJ

No recommended restart interval but keeping the patches up to date will do the trick. Make sure to have all the latest patches installed.
