bcm50 3.0 call pilot trouble

Hello all Got a bcm50 3.0 with 25 digital sets and a 12 channel PRI. The main number comes in on target line 125 and is programmed to ring a broadcast hunt group with 5 members then overflow to a second broadcast hunt group with 20 members. The call pilot is set to answer on 6 rings if the hunt groups can't get to the call. Frequently the call pilot takes over and answers calls on the first ring. There are no scheduled services programmed and no night ring button programmed on any phone. A simple reboot clears trouble but trouble always returns and is becoming more frequent. There have been no patches applied to this system since installation in January 2008. Many thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.

Thanks Dasheen I will obtain patches from Nortel dealer and patch this bcm asap. Will post outcome later also.
