BCM50 2nd call not ringing

We have a BCM50 installed in the UK, on ISDN2. The system has all latest patches. The handsets all have line appearances (65,66,67 and 68) on them.
If a call comes in, any handset can answer, then a second call comes in, the phones ring and they can anser ok...

What the problem is, is that if 2 calls come in at the same time, only the first one will make the phones ring, the second just flashes the key.

Has anyone come across this at all?

Have you check if the option "dnd on busy" is enabled on
your sets, that could cause this issue.

DND is set to Y

Should it be set to N?

Yes, set DND to no.
DND on Busy turns the ringer of if the set is busy.
